Bev is a specialist with a 25 years’ experience in the Community Service Industry. Commencing her Bachelor of Medical Technology overseas, Bev continued her education and working experience in Australia, completing her Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), and Degree in Masters in Social Work.

Bev’s experience includes:

Addressing gender-based violence and comorbidity.

Initiating the “Cultural Cooking with Bev” as a psycho-social recovery-oriented group program.

Identifying and addressing Stream C clients with very high barriers to employment or are long-term unemployed.

Resilient Families Counsellor/Case Worker for Stronger Families Safer Children Program and the Targeted Early Intervention Program (TEIS)

Emergency Relief (ER) volunteer for vulnerable individuals, families and children needing support, financial assistance or emergency relief.

Assessor and a member of the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) through the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR)
