John has been in senior management for over 30 years specialising in Asset Life Cycle Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, Change Management and Business Development across all industry sectors and public infrastructure for both private and public organisations.
His experience covers risk management with Developers for the delivery of private developments adjacent to public infrastructure, design development and delivery of Capital projects for industrial upgrades, stakeholder management for new facilities including health and sports facilities. Development of Asset replacement proposals with the inclusion of life cycle Capital replacement sinking funds.
John has also worked with Government Planning departments for the development of new planning instruments; notably the SEPP for NSW.
His operational and business development experience covers a wide industry spectrum with responsibilities for large workforces up to 500 and multi-million dollar operating budgets and sole responsibility for meeting EBIT budgetary targets.
